Each order is packaged with care and prepared by hand. Allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays or market seasons, processing times may vary slightly.

We currently ship within the United States via UPS/USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with delivery updates.

Because each item is handmade or assembled in small batches, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please keep in mind that slight variations in color, shape, or finish are to be expected and part of what makes each piece unique. These minor inconsistencies are not considered defects. We happily accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, but not for small variations in handmade work.
